ABOUT JERRY LIVINGSTON

Best known for writing Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo and The Hanging Tree. He was also a dance orchestra pianist.

He studied music at the University of Arizona and composed his first score for a college musical.

He was a three-time Academy Award nominee and was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame.

He fathered a son named Dennis.

He wrote the Casper the Friendly Ghost theme song with Mack David .
