Younger sister of Vine phenomenon Jake Webber who has been seen in Jake's videos. She also became popular herself on the lip sync app TikTok, earning over 3.8 million fans on her jillsta account. She has also had her own merchandise shop on the Bonfire platform.

She was just eleven years old when her brother Jake began using Vine. She and Jake both posted their first Vines in 2013.

She played basketball competitively as a teenager. She has also posted numerous selfies and outfit photographs for her 170,000 followers on Instagram.

Besides Jake, she has two older brothers named Ryan and Reggie and was born to parents Lora and Jack Webber.
