Fitness Instructor who is known for his gym, podcasts, and blog which feature a variety of news on fitness and other techniques for working out.

With the opening of his 500 square foot gym, he is known for reinventing the concept of large scale gyms. Instead of large warehouses, his intimate space has provided a training facility for a player from all 32 NFL teams.

His gym has been voted one of America's 10 Best Gyms by Men's Health magazine and one of America's Top 5 Most Innovative Gyms by Greatist.com. He was also inducted into the Personal Trainer Hall of Fame in 2015.

He was born and raised in East Rutherford, NJ.

He has worked and helped train several celebrities and athletes including The Undertaker , Enzo Amore , Antonio Cromartie , and Stephanie McMahon .
