Bodybuilder and fitness model who co-founded the Shredz supplement company and released his own book on fitness, Train Harder Than Me. His physique has made him a star on Instagram, having earned more than 4.6 million followers. Much of his content is filmed and photographed at the gym.

He grew up just outside of Chicago and developed a passion for weightlifting while playing college football.

He founded the nonprofit organization Flex Your Heart and has delivered an anti-bullying message to kids around the country. He has garnered a large following on his TheJoeySwoll Twitter account, where he posts primarily fitness content.

He has a brother.
