ABOUT JOHN DEAN
Member of the White House Counsel who became infamous for his leading role in the Watergate cover up. In 2006 he wrote the book Conservatives Without Conscience.
He earned a J.D. from Georgetown University in 1965.
He served a reduced prison sentence after becoming a witness in the Watergate scandal case.
He married Maureen Dean in 1972 after divorcing wife of eight years, Karla Hennings, in 1970.
He pushed for the impeachment of George W. Bush during his presidency.
