Music producer and manager who is the president and CEO of Wright Entertainment Group (WEG). He has gained acclaim as a long-time manager of high-profile musical acts, including Justin Timberlake and the Jonas Brothers .
He founded Wright Entertainment Group in 1993. He rose to fame in the 1990s managing hugely popular boy bands like New Kids on the Block and The Backstreet Boys.
He helped produce the third season of Making the Band with Diddy in 2006. He also produced the 2009 reality TV series StarMaker.
He married his wife Erika in 2001.
He has managed Akon and Asher Angel .
