ABOUT JON CLEARY
Louisiana-based R&B and funk pianist, singer, and songwriter. He formed the band Jon Cleary & the Absolute Monster Gentlemen and also produced several solo recordings.
He released his first album, Alligator Lips & Dirty Rice, in 1994.
Rolling Stone music critic David Fricke praised Cleary's 2004 album Pin Your Spin.
He was born in Kent, England, and he later settled in New Orleans, Louisiana.
He collaborated with Bonnie Raitt , B.B. King, and other famous musicians.
