ABOUT JONATHAN TREY BRUBAKER

Professional pitcher that was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates during the sixth round of the 2015 MLB Draft. He began his professional career playing for the West Virginia Black Bears.

Prior to being drafted, he attended the University of Akron where he played collegiate baseball for three years.

Me made his major league debut pitching against the St. Louis Cardinals on July 26, 2020.

His father, Frank, is a former minor league pitcher.

He played alongside Gregory Polanco as a member of the Pirates during the 2020 MLB season.
