ABOUT JONNU SMITH
NFL tight end that was taken by the Tennessee Titans during the third round of the 2017 Draft. After four years with Tennessee, he later signed a contract with the New England Patriots in March 2021. Prior to his professional career, he played college football at Florida International University .
He first began playing football at the young age of five. As a teenager, he would later attend West Port High School in Ocala, Florida.
He made his official NFL debut playing against the Las Vegas Raiders during week one of the 2017 regular season. Initially, he began his rookie season as a backup for Delanie Walker .
He was born to Wayne and Karen Smith in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is one of six siblings.
He scored his first career NFL touchdown on a pass from Marcus Mariota during his rookie season.
