ABOUT JOSE RAMIREZ
Mexican-American boxer who won gold at the United States Amateur Championships as a Lightweight. He went on to compete for the United States at the 2012 Summer Olympics.
He was born and raised in Avenal, California.
He won each of his first ten fights as a professional, including eight knockouts.
He has two brothers and a sister.
He and Terrell Gausha both fought on the USA Olympic Boxing Team in 2012.
