ABOUT JOSH BOONE

First known for his breakout film Stuck in Love, he would go on to direct the popular film The Fault in Our Stars based on the John Green novel of the same name. He was later contracted to direct the 2018 superhero flick X-Men: The New Mutants.

He both wrote and directed his semi-autobiographical directorial debut Stuck in Love. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2012.

He penned the script for the 2016 Katie Holmes drama All We Had.

A native of Virginia Beach, he has one child.

He worked with Paper Towns star Nat Wolff in both Stuck in Love and The Fault in Our Stars.
