ABOUT JUAN URTUBEY

Argentinian politician and attorney who was sworn in as the Governor of Salta in December 2007. He has also served as the chairman of the Constitutional Affairs Committee and the Peronist Caucus.

He earned his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires.

He announced his desire to run for President of Argentina in 2019.

His father Rodolfo was a lawyer and his mother Lia worked as a notary. He wed actress Isabel Macedo in 2016. Previously, he was married to Ximena Saravia Toledo. He has sons named Marcos, Mateo and Lucas and a daughter named Juana.

Juan Carlos Romero preceded him as the Governor of Salta.
