Television actor best known for his role on the television series Grey's Anatomy . He was first cast in a lead role in the primetime soap opera Four Corners.

He made his debut as a Calvin Klein fashion model after being scouted on the Paris Metro.

He had his first acting role in the Dave Matthews Band music video for their song "Ants Marching."   He grew to over 2 million followers on his officialjustinchambers Instagram account.

He has four siblings. He married Keisha Chambers in 1993, and the couple have five children together.

He starred in the 2013 film Broken City alongside Mark Wahlberg and Russell Crowe .
