Men's outside hitter that was originally signed by ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle as a teenager in 2015. He was later given an opportunity to play for the Sir Safety Perugia Volleyball Club in 2022. He has also played for the Polish men's national team during his career.

He first began playing volleyball as a teenager growing up.

His number 16 jersey number is the same as Hall of Famers Pau Gasol and Joe Montana . His volleyball fame has led him to accumulate over 160,000 followers on his _kamil_semeniuk_ Instagram page.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Poland. In 2018, he started dating Kasia Semeniuk. The couple announced their engagement in July 2022. They tied the knot in August 2025.

He is a native of Poland just like Robert Lewandowski .
