Vice President of the UNAFEC Party and Minister for Foreign Trade of DR Congo.

He was said to be born in Bukama.

After not appearing at the opening of the new Government and not claiming office, there were rumors that he was an imaginary person created by Kisimba Ngoy.

He comes from a Congolese family.

He is a Congolese politician much like Jean-Pierre Bemba .
