Former defender and coach that played professionally for 11 years. He was selected to coach the Denmark national team in 2020.
He attended the University of North Florida where he played collegiate soccer.
He received his first head coaching job in 2006 as a member of the Lyngby Football Club.
He is a native of Aalborg, Denmark.
He coached Christian Eriksen during the 2020 UEFA Euro tournament.
