ABOUT KASPER SCHMEICHEL

Goalkeeper who debuted in 2004 for Manchester City and became a member of Denmark's national team in 2013. He was also a member of Leicester City F.C. After the departure of Wes Morgan, Schmeichel became Leicester City's captain and lead his side to win the FA Cup. In August 2022, he signed for Ligue 1 club Nice.

He had a youth career at Manchester City from 2002 to 2004 and also played for Denmark's U19 team.

As a member of Manchester City from 2004 to 2009, he was loaned to five different teams.

He married Stine Gildenbrand and has both a son and a daughter with her.
