ABOUT KEITH INGHAM
Heralded jazz artist who was instrumental in reviving Dixieland and swing.
He began playing professionally in 1964, initially collaborating with Sandy Brown, Wally Fawkes, and Bruce Turner .
He was contracted by Jump Records in the 1990s and 2000s to record a series of albums focused on 1930s music.
He was born into a working-class family. His first piano had been damaged several times in wartime bombings.
He collaborated with Benny Goodman during the 1980s.
