ABOUT KELLY STARRETT
Fitness coach, author and blogger whose 2013 book Becoming a Supple Leopard became a Wall Street Journal and New York Times bestseller. He is a teacher of the popular Crossfit Movement & Mobility Trainer course and has been featured in publications like Competitor Magazine.
He attended the University of Oregon and was a member of the United States canoe and kayak teams. He won two national titles with the men’s whitewater rafting team.
His blog MobilityWOD was named as one of the Top 10 Fitness Blogs of 2011 by Breaking Muscle and Outside Magazine.
He married Juliet Starrett, co-founder and CEO of San Francisco Crossfit. He has daughters named Georgia and Caroline.
He and Rachel Elizabeth Murray are both famous celebrity fitness instructors.
