Canadian television personality most famous as a correspondent on the entertainment news show The Insider. She later became one-third of The LadyGang podcast, which was later turned into its own series on E! under the same name.

She was born in Edmonton, Alberta and moved to the United States after high school.

She was a dancer for the NBA's New Jersey Nets and New York Knicks.

She married singer-songwriter Chris Knight in 2013.

She co-runs The LadyGang show alongside Jac Vanek and Becca Tobin .
