ABOUT KEN JONES

Fitness and sports performance trainer who became CEO of the training company Level One Fitness.

He started personal training at Break Away Speed Athletic Training Facility in 2009.

He has also been an IFBB Pro Physique competitor.

He was a natural-born athlete competing, in both collegiate and pro level sports. His brother Kentavious Jones co-owns Level One fitness with him. He has a son named Kayden.

He posted a picture to Instagram with Erik Kynard , who competed in the high jump at the 2016 Olympics.
