ABOUT KERSTIN CASPARIJ

Dutch professional soccer player best known for playing for the Women's Super League club Manchester City, as a right-back or central midfielder. She also rose through the ranks of the Netherlands' national program, competing at levels from U15 to U23 before making her senior team debut in 2021.

Prior to debuting with Manchester City in 2022, she began playing for Heerenveen in the Eredivisie league when she was 15 years old. She also played for clubs including VV Alkmaar and Twente.

Both she and Rico Lewis were named as Manchester City's PFA Community Champions in May 2024.

The 2025 Tinder film "Wherever It Takes You" follows her relationship with her girlfriend, Ruth Brown, who she met on the app two years prior.

She has played alongside teammates such as Daphne van Domselaar and Lynn Wilms on the Netherland women's national soccer team.
