Professional bantamweight fighter also known as "Fenômeno." She competes in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. She is a Black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Black belt in Judo.
She first began training mixed martial arts as a child. She went to college before dropping out to pursue a professional fighting career.
She made her UFC debut fighting against Kelly Faszholz on October 1, 2016 in Portland, Oregon. She remained undefeated until losing to Irene Aldana on December 14, 2019 at UFC 245 in Las Vegas.
She is a native of Manaus, Brazil.
She fought Yana Kunitskaya on February 20, 2021 at UFC Fight Night 185. She lost in an unanimous decision.
