ABOUT KOBIE TURNER

Defensive end and athlete for the Los Angeles Rams who was named the best of the NFL's entire roster of rookie defensive players in his first professional season. His wildly successful debut season alone resulted in numerous accomplishments including the title of NFL Defensive Rookie of the Month and being named to the PFWA NFL All-Rookie Team.

Before becoming a part of the NFL, he played college football for the University of Richmond and Wake Forest University . Throughout his collegiate career, he earned prestigious accolades including the title of CAA Co-Defensive Player of the Year.

He is also known as a performing artist, having earned the nickname "The Conductor" for his vocal talent. In addition to performing the national anthem at home games for professional teams like the lakers and the kings, he also reached the quarterfinals of The Masked Singer 's twelfth season.

He is the son of Lamar and Latesa Turner, along with siblings including Lamar, AJ, and Olivia. After having met at a theme park, he and his fiancé Alissa Villanueva got engaged in April 2023.

He placed third in the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year title after his accomplished debut season, trailing just behind Jalen Carter and Will Anderson Jr.
