ABOUT KONSTANTIN SCHERBAKOV
Acclaimed musician who won the first Rachmaninoff Competition in 1983.
His international career began with four solo recitals at the Chamber Music Festival of Asolo in 1990.
He was offered a teaching position at the Zurich University of the Arts in 1998, which he accepted.
He and his family relocated to Zurich, Switzerland, in 1992.
He recorded all of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky 's piano concertos for Naxos Records.
