Kostas Tsartsaris
ABOUT KOSTAS TSARTSARIS
6'10" power forward and occasional center who won a gold medal with the Greek national basketball team at EuroBasket 2005.
He played as a boy with Philippos where he was dubbed a wonder kid; during the 1997-1998 season, he played with the Icelandic League club U.M.F. Grindavik.
He had a remarkable 11-year career with Panathinaikos from 2002 until 2013, during which he was a Greek Cup MVP three times, in 2006, 2007, and 2008.
He was born in Veria, Greece.
He and Antonis Fotsis became teammates on the Greek national team.
