Right-handed reliever that was selected as a second round draft pick by the Miami Marlins in 2020. The very next season, he was then traded to the Pittsburgh Pirates . In 2023, he was named one of the Pirates top 100 MLB prospects.

Prior to being drafted, he played college baseball at Ball State University . He attended Ball State from 2018 until 2020.

He made his official MLB as a member of the Pirates while playing against the Chicago Cubs on September 19, 2023. Unfortunately, he lost his debut by a score of 14-1.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Massillon, Ohio.

He was once packaged in a trade that also included Jacob Stallings .
