She got interested in fitness in 2012, in part to help quell her boredom, which is when she started posting to her Instagram account.

She has more than 1.2 million followers on Instagram and 600,000 subscribers on YouTube.

She was born in Pakistan but move to Canada when she was four. She has two brothers. In July 2024 she was married to her partner Masood Wahab.

She and Jazmine Garcia have both worked with Aesthetic Play.
