ABOUT LAMAR CROWSON
Little-known artist in the United States who was nonetheless considered to be one of his era's greatest chamber musicians.
He attended Reed College from 1943 until 1948 where he majored in art, history, and literature.
He collaborated with the major artists of his day, including Janet Baker , Jacqueline du Pré, and Itzhak Perlman .
He fathered two sons, John and Paul, with his first wife.
He was greatly admired by Alfred Brendel .
