She began dancing at the age of 2 and began competing in Ballroom and Latin dance at the age of 7. She was also the Juvenile Champion at the Blackpool Dance Festival.

In the year 2022, she joined the cast of Strictly Come Dancing for season 20. She did not have a partner for the first season, but took part in the group dances. She is on the BBC show, Strictly Come Dancing. She's posted photos of herself at the beach on her Instagram.

She is from Birmingham, England. Her husband is Maximiliano Omar Montes de Oca.
