English forward who plays with Manchester City in the FA Women's Super League. She also represents England at the international level. She is popular on Instagram and has over 370,000 followers.

She started at North Walsham Youth FC before joining Norwich City youth club in 2008. She began playing with Bristol at the professional level in 2016.

She represented Great Britain at the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics. She scored her first four international goals with England's senior team in a 20-0 win against Latvia in November 2021.

As of 2023, Hemp has been in a relationship with fellow footballer, Sheffield United midfielder, Ashley Hodson.

She and Ellen White have been teammates for Great Britain's national team.
