Fitness instructor and wellness advocate who has released over a hundred DVD's and four books since she began in 1980. She promotes consistent low impact exercise like walking, and her business Walk At Home has grown to be worth around $200 million.

She studied at both the University of Pittsburgh and Youngstown State before dropping out to become a full time fitness instructor.

Though the company is still running, she has not been seen in videos or social media for them since 2020.

She is married to Joseph Bulano, with whom she has two children.

She is associated with Tony Horton of P90x who has created a similar DVD fitness program.
