ABOUT LEXIE BROWN

American professional basketball player known for her work with the Connecticut Sun of the Women's National Basketball Association. She began playing for the Los Angeles Sparks in 2022. She is known for playing as a point guard and is also known for having played for Duke University .

She began playing her freshman year of high school where she helped her team achieve its first-ever undefeated regular season. She attended the University of Maryland where she helped her team reach the Final Four of the NCAA Tournament her freshman year. She attended Duke University her sophomore year and was drafted to the Connecticut Sun in 2018.

She was selected as the 9th overall pick in the 2018 WNBA draft. She also won the McDonalds All-American award in 2013 for her playing.

She was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. Her father Dee Brown played twelve years with the Boston Celtics .
