Fitness influencer who uses her background as a physiotherapist to teach the HIIT class known as Lean With Lilly. She has run bootcamps all over the world and worked with high-profile soccer teams like Everton FC , Chelsea FC and the English women's national team.
She graduated from Goffs School, Herts in 2008 and Woodhouse Sixth Form College in 2010.
She was named as the face of Optimum Nutrition's OptiLean range.
She is of Irish and Cypriot descent. She has a sister.
