Professional center-back that was signed by the Ajax Football Club in May 2019. He has also made appearances as a member of the Argentinian men's national team. In 2022, he began playing for Manchester United .

He began his youth soccer career playing for Club Urquiza as a child around the age of four.

He made his international senior team debut playing against Venezuela on March 22, 2019.

He lives with his girlfriend, Muri López Benítez, and their dog, Polo. In October 2025, they announced via Instagram that they were expecting a child together. They welcomed their daughter Aurora in March 2025.

He played alongside Paulo Dybala as a member of Argentinian national team in 2019.
