Mexican politician who is best recognized for having served as the deputy of the LX legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Yucatán. She was a member of the National Action Party.

She studied law as an undergraduate.

In 2005, she spoke at a forum on the problematic challenges and solutions of the women's program in the agrarian sector.

Her full name is Lizbeth Evelia Medina Rodríguez.

Both she and fellow politician Maria Rojo were born in Mexico.
