ABOUT LOUISE GREEN

Fitness trainer author and educator known for leading the change in equity and size inclusion in athletics. She has been the president of Louise Green Inc. since January 2016. She is also the founder and CEO of Body Exchange.

She began her career in the fitness world in 2007.

Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, UK's Daily Mail, The Huffington Post, Refinery 29, and Upworthy to name a few.


She is the author of the book "BIG FIT GIRL."

She has one son.

In June 2023, she appeared on the Train Happy podcast with host Tally Rye .
