ABOUT LUCILE WOODWARD

French fitness instructor, journalist and sports coach popular across social media platforms. In addition to sharing blog posts and selling online training programs on her website, she posts fitness content and workout routines on her self-titled YouTube channel.

She studied biology at university in Paris and worked as a scientific journalist before turning to creating fitness content.

She began posting on her YouTube channel in 2014. She hosted the fitness columns of the French Les Maternelles show.

Early on in her career, her parents were worried that becoming a fitness instructor would not be sustainable. She has two children of her own.

In January 2024 she appeared on Instagram with Marine Lorphelin .
