ABOUT LUKE PETITGOUT
Former NFL offensive lineman that was originally taken as a first-round pick in the 1999 Draft by the New York Giants . He later joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2007 for his final NFL season. Unfortunately, his NFL career was cut short due to a torn ACL.
Prior to being drafted, he played college football at the University of Notre Dame . As a senior in 1998, he earned first-team all-conference honors.
Unfortunately, since his retirement from the NFL in 2007, he has made several newspaper headlines due to being arrested. He only played in 117 games during his seven-year NFL career.
Both he and his ex-wife, Jennifer, have three children together. After getting married in 2001, he and his ex-wife later got divorced in 2013.
He was selected during the 1999 NFL Draft just like Tim Couch and Champ Bailey .
