ABOUT LUKE SCHOONMAKER

NFL tight end that was taken as a second pick in the 2023 Draft by the Dallas Cowboys . Prior to being drafted, he played college football at the University of Miami . As a senior at Michigan, he earned All-Big Ten honors.

During his junior year of high school, he was diagnosed with mononucleosis. At the time, he was primarily playing the position of quarterback.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Dallas Cowboys during week one of the 2023 regular season. Just one week later, he scored his first NFL touchdown.

He was born and raised in the state of Connecticut.

He was high school teammates with Will Levis .
