Gymnast and social media star who gained fame in 2020 after photos went viral showing her six-pack abdominal muscles. She has more than 140,000 followers on her lyzabrooks Instagram account.

She started gymnastic training when she was four.

She trained in her family's storage room which was set up with gymnastics equipment. One of her most popular Instagram reels features her flexing by a poolside. It has garnered over 1 million views.

She is one of four siblings. Her mother, Jill Mosier, said she had always been an active child.

She set one of her videos on Instagram to the song "Run The World (Girls)" by Beyoncé .
