ABOUT MANUELA OSK HAROARDOTTIR
Beauty queen and model who was named Miss Reykjavik and Miss Iceland 2002 and placed as the first runner-up in Miss Scandinavia that year. In 2016, she was named National Director for Miss Universe Iceland.
She hails from Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland, where she went to school at Hússtjórnarskólinn í Reykjavík.
She was set to compete in Miss Universe 2003 but was hospitalized for dehydration two days before the pageant and could not compete.
She was previously married to soccer star Gretar Steinsson , with whom she has children named Elma and Johann.
She and Arna Ýr Jónsdóttir are both former Miss Iceland winners.
