Senegalese-American singer-songwriter renowned for her multi-octave vocal range and a musical style that blends R&B, pop, and jazz influences.

In 2017, she moved to Los Angeles, where she quickly immersed herself in the music scene. Her debut EP was soon released in February 2018 under Caroline Records. The EP included tracks like "Leave," "Be The Change" and "Ask For Help."

Her music has been featured in television series such as The Red Line and Truth Be Told.

Her full name is Marieme Diop. She has a Senegalese father and a Guadeloupean mother. When she was six months old, war broke out between Mauritania and Senegal, prompting her family to flee. Marieme and her siblings moved to Senegal to live with their aunt, while her parents relocated to the Bronx, New York. The family reunited five years later in New York City.
