ABOUT MARK WILLIAMS

Center who starred in college at Duke University and was selected in the first round of the 2022 NBA draft by the Charlotte Hornets . In 2025, he was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers for a package which included Dalton Knecht and a future first round draft pick.

He was selected to the McDonald's All-American in 2020.

At Duke, he had 110 blocks during his Sophomore season, which at the time, was the 4th most in a season in the history of the program. In November of 2023, he had 21 points and 24 rebounds in a game against the Washington Wizards .

His older sister Elizabeth played college basketball at Duke, and she later was drafted by the Connecticut Sun.

While at Duke, he eclipsed an ACC record that was set by all-time legend Ralph Sampson .
