Republican politician who became the 20th Secretary of State for the U.S. state of Wyoming in 2007 and served as state auditor from 1999 to 2007.
He served as an executive director for the YMCA for twenty-three years.
Because Wyoming has no position of lieutenant governor, under the terms of the state's constitution, he, as the secretary of state, is first in the line of succession to be governor.
He has four children and married his wife Gayla in 1988.
He is a prominent politician in Wisconsin much like Tommy Thompson .
