ABOUT MAX PURCELL

Australian professional tennis player who first came to the attention of sports fans after winning South Korea's 2016 Gimcheon Open ATP Challenger. He went on to represent Australia at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. He and Matthew Ebden won the gentlemen's doubles tennis competition at the 2022 Wimbledon Championships.

He started taking tennis classes at the age of three.
