Max Schuemann

ABOUT MAX SCHUEMANN

MLB third baseman and utility-man that was originally selected by the Oakland Athletics as a 20th round pick in the 2018 Draft. He previously played college baseball at Eastern Michigan University . While at EMU, he twice earned All-MAC academic team honors.

He is a graduate of Portage Northern High School. During his high school years, he played basketball and baseball.

As a junior at EMU, he led his team in hits, runs scored and total bases. He also led his team in steals and doubles.

He grew up living with his family in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He is one of two brothers.

He was selected during the 2018 MLB Draft just like Alec Bohm and Casey Mize .
