ABOUT MAX STRUS

Former DePaul University basketball player that was signed by the Miami Heat in August 2021. Before signing with the Heat, he played for the Chicago Bulls during the 2019 NBA regular season. While at DePaul, he was named a member of the second-team All-Big East in 2019. In 2023, he signed to play with the Cleveland Cavaliers .

He graduated from Amos Alonzo Stagg High School in Palos Hills, Illinois. He was a two-sport athlete in high school. He played basketball and baseball.

He made his official NBA debut playing against the Heat on November 22, 2019. He recorded five points in just five minutes.

He grew up living with his family in Hickory Hills, Illinois. He has a sister and a brother.

He played alongside Tyler Herro and Jimmy Butler as a member of the Heat during the 2022 NBA season.
