ABOUT MEGHNA GULZAR
Hindi writer and film director most well known for 2015's Guilty and 2002's Filhaal. She also wrote and directed Dus Kahaniyaan and Just Married: Marriage Was Only the Beginning!
She began her career as a freelance writer, working for The Times of India. She then completed a degree in sociology before beginning work as an assistant director.
A talented poet, like her father, her work has been featured in anthologies put out by the Poetry Society of India.
She is the only daughter of renowned poet Gulzar and Indian film actress Rakhee Gulzar. She also authored the biography Because He Is... about her father.
Former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen starred in her first film Filhaal in 2002.
