ABOUT MELEEK THOMAS

Basketball player best known for playing as a shooting guard with the Overtime Elite League's City Reapers. In addition to being recognized as a consensus five-star recruit, scouting services named him one of the best players of the Class of 2025.

Prior to joining Overtime Elite after his junior year, he attended Lincoln Park Performing Arts High School. He helped the school earn its second consecutive PIAA state championship and scored a total of 1,750 points over the course of his three-year attendance.

He received offers from numerous college campuses, including the University of Connecticut and the University of Pittsburgh . However, he ultimately committed to play college basketball for the University of Arkansas .

He is the younger brother of Shawndale Jones, who played collegiate basketball for the New Jersey Institute of Technology and the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

He has played on the Overtime Elite's City Reapers, alongside teammates including Jahzare Jackson and Jalen Lewis .
